  The Greenlea Grant-A-Smile Program

The Greenlea Grant –A-Smile program provides underprivileged children, adults and seniors in addition to Veterans with need based dental care. Available services usually include dental cleanings, x-rays, sealants, restorations (fillings) and extractions. The program is geared toward individuals with NO insurance or government assistance AND low or no income. About two-four cases are selected per month and qualifying individuals are selected from existing patients, non- profit or organizational requests, or a letter of request from individuals. Limitations apply on amount/extent of treatment per case and qualifications must be met. Please use the following link to submit letters of request. PLEASE limit 1 request per family. Please include your story and situation in the letter with contact information. Unfortunately since Dr. Greenlea Taylor does have a small private practice, she wishes she could do more but can’t help as many as she would like, so regretfully many requests may be denied.

Please note: NO requests or information can be provided via phone, letters must be sent through the above link or via US Mail.

The Greenlea Care Foundation has been started recently to further assist Dr. Greenlea Taylor with her outreach initiatives and help other organizations. To find out ways to assist the foundation, please contact
